ONE GOLDEN
NUGGET
The community built around one question.
How Steven Foster transformed his own search for answers into books, podcasts and a global platform where everybody's experience has value.

When the answers stop working.
Steven Foster had experienced extraordinary highs, and rock bottom more than once.
His life had moved through dance music, record labels, hit records, businesses, reinvention and loss. After decades of building companies only to watch them fall apart, he began asking people for the one piece of advice they believed mattered most.
At first, the question was personal. He was looking for wisdom that might help him improve himself and understand what came next.
Then something changed: the answers became more valuable when they were shared.

Everybody knows something worth sharing.
Traditional media usually separates the expert from the audience. One person speaks; everybody else receives.
One Golden Nugget starts from a more generous belief: status does not give somebody exclusive ownership of wisdom. Experience does.
The question creates permission. A founder, athlete, philanthropist or person rebuilding their life can all enter through the same door.
People are not treated as an audience. They are invited to become part of the story.
One question.
Endless depth.

“What is your One Golden Nugget?” is easy to understand, personal enough to matter and broad enough never to run out.
Each answer can stand alone. Together, they form interviews, podcasts, books, live conversations and themed communities around purpose, resilience, leadership and growth.
That makes the question more than a content device. It is the operating system of the brand.
- One memorable question
- A contribution almost anybody can make
- A story behind every answer
- Content that naturally creates more content
- Contributors who become advocates
- Wisdom organised into useful themes
Different lives. The same invitation.

The Daily Nugget
Short insights are shared with the community through direct, engaged channels including WhatsApp, email and live masterclasses, keeping wisdom useful, accessible and part of everyday conversation.
Human insight, made discoverable.
The Library of Wisdom is a growing collection of short insights and lessons from people around the world.
Each nugget is captured and added to a searchable archive. Using AI, the nuggets are organised and categorised so people can explore wisdom across leadership, resilience, business, purpose, health, relationships and life experience.
Over time, the Library is designed to become a living collection of human insight: practical ideas, lessons and perspectives shared by people who have walked different paths.
More than another piece of content.
People turn lived experience into something that can help another person.
Wisdom becomes practical, human and easier to remember.
One durable question can travel across formats, subjects and generations.
Every contribution creates another reason to belong and invite somebody else.
The lesson
Businesses often try to scale by producing more and speaking louder. One Golden Nugget grows by asking, listening and creating space for other people.
The strongest community idea may not be the content you create. It may be the question other people cannot resist answering.
Ask yourself three questions.
- What question expresses the deepest belief behind our business?
- How could customers or community members become contributors rather than spectators?
- Can one simple format generate value across products, content and relationships?
