Golf coaching without the noise
Your swing needs one clear thought.
Practical coaching for golfers who want confidence that survives the walk from the range to the first tee.
Two golfers. One familiar feeling.
Which Saturday is yours?
You do not need to fit golf. Golf needs to fit you. Start with the version of the game you are trying to get back to.
Play your game. Keep your identity.
Wild courses. Good people. One pure strike. Golf can be serious without taking itself so seriously.
The sea in the wind. Your friends behind you. That one shot you talk about all week.
Show me the right first sessionHear it: spikes on gravel · gulls overhead · a flushed iron
The good shot is still in you.
Your body has changed. Your love of the game has not. Build a swing for the player you are now, not the one you were twenty years ago.
One clean click. The ball holding its line. Walking after it before it lands.
Talk to Dan about my gameHear it: a quiet tee · one clean click · your partner saying “that is the one”
Same enemy.
Too much noise between you and the shot. Dan strips it back to one clear thought you can understand, feel and trust when it matters.
Meet the coach. Join the circle.
One coach. All sorts of golfers.
I am Dan Mercer, a PGA professional. I coach people who love golf, not a single type of golfer.
No judgement and no performance. We find the one piece of friction creating your miss, build a feel you can repeat and test it alongside real people and real targets.
If you cannot explain the change on the walk to your ball, it is too complicated.
Talk to Dan firstSee it. Feel it. Trust it.
The session is built around transfer. The range matters only if the change appears when the scorecard comes out.
Find the miss
Ball flight, strike and pattern tell us what matters. We ignore everything that does not.
Build one feel
A clear cue, a useful drill and feedback you can understand without a launch monitor degree.
Take it outside
Different lies, real targets and a routine that still works when the shot counts.
