You run the business.
Who do you talk to?
An experienced sounding board for founders and business owners, including speakers and independent experts. Work through live decisions, choose what matters and leave with a next step.
Let’s talk about what you need ↗Practical business support. No performance required. You don’t need
another ten priorities.
Illustrative session notes, not a client testimonial.
The stage is one thing.
The business is another.
You might be brilliant at what you do and still have nobody to help you think through the offer, the price, the opportunity or the next difficult decision.
Someone to talk to.
Bring the unfinished thought, the frustrating week or the decision you keep circling. You don’t need a polished version first.
Honest commercial perspective.
Work through positioning, pricing, enquiries and where your time is going. Get challenge as well as encouragement.
Support that continues.
Agree a manageable action list and return to it. Accountability with context, not someone chasing a spreadsheet.
Not a course.
Not another person
to impress.
A regular space to look at the business with someone who brings experience, perspective and a willingness to say the useful thing.
- 01 / Talk about what’s missing
Is it perspective, structure, confidence in a decision or somebody to help you keep momentum?
- 02 / Agree the relationship
Set the focus, meeting rhythm, between-session support and boundaries before starting.
- 03 / Work on the real business
Bring live questions. Leave with a clearer decision and a small number of useful next steps.
- 04 / Keep it useful
Review what is changing and what you still need. Adjust the support rather than following a rigid curriculum.

My role is to help you see the situation clearly, challenge the thinking where it needs it and work out what happens next.

Or someone to run it?
“I need a manager” can mean very different things. Let’s make sure the support matches the need.
Is this speaker management?
Not by default. This is business mentoring and decision support. Booking administration, representation, negotiation and day-to-day management would need a separate scope.
Can I contact you between sessions?
For monthly clients, questions, updates and voice notes are welcome on WhatsApp. There is room for a genuine back-and-forth, with replies normally within two working days. Brief exchanges are included; bigger reviews come into sessions or are scoped separately. This is not on-call or unlimited access.
Is this only for speakers?
No. The starting point is business owners and independent experts who need an experienced person to think with. Speakers are a natural fit, not a requirement.

A one-off session is £199. Monthly support starts at £499, with closer support at £795. Your enquiry is not a purchase: we agree the fit and written scope before payment. Any applicable VAT will be confirmed in your quote.
What do you wish you had someone for?
